Most single-family replacements in DFW land between $14,000 and $32,000 depending on size, pitch, and material tier — but if your damage is storm-related, insurance typically covers everything beyond your deductible. In Texas, insurers can't single you out for a weather-related (Act of God) claim — rate changes apply region-wide after major storms whether you file or not. Skipping a legitimate claim usually just means paying for the storm twice. We'll give you an honest read on whether your damage justifies filing.
Any failure caused by our installation — flashing, penetrations, ridge work, fastening — is repaired free for ten years, including resulting interior damage like stained drywall. Material defects are covered separately by the manufacturer for up to 50 years. The warranty transfers once if you sell your home.
One day for most homes: tear-off starts at 7 AM, dry-in by early afternoon, shingles and cleanup done by evening. Larger or steep-pitch roofs may run two days. Your project manager confirms the schedule the week before and sends photo updates throughout.
