During cooling season we hold same-day slots for no-cool calls: phone in before noon and a tech is there the same day, or your diagnostic fee is waived. Off-peak, most appointments land within 24 hours. Comfort Club members always jump to the front of the schedule.

Our diagnostic visit is $79 and it's credited toward any repair you approve. Repairs are flat-rate from a printed price book — the price we quote is the price you pay, whether the job takes 40 minutes or 4 hours. Estimates for new systems and duct work are always free.

Our rule of thumb: if the system is under 10 years old and the repair is less than a third of replacement cost, repair it. Past 12–15 years with a compressor or coil failure, replacement usually wins on math alone — new high-SEER2 systems often cut cooling bills 20–40%. We'll show you both numbers side by side and let you decide. No pressure either way; we make money doing both.

Emergency after-hours visits carry a modest priority fee — we tell you the exact amount on the phone before dispatching, so there's zero surprise. Peak-tier Comfort Club members get after-hours calls at regular daytime rates, 365 days a year.

Yes — 0% APR for 12 months on approved credit for installs over $3,000, through our third-party lending partner. It's a real installment plan, not a deferred-interest trap: no retroactive interest, no prepayment penalty. Longer terms with low fixed rates are available if you'd rather keep payments smaller.
