We're in-network with most major PPO plans and bill them directly — you only ever pay your estimated portion, quoted before treatment. No insurance? Our $29/month membership covers two cleanings, exams, X-rays, and 15% off everything else.
Your first visit can be just a conversation — sit in a normal chair, meet Dr. Marsh or Dr. Bell, and talk. Nothing happens in your mouth until you say so. Many anxious patients book a "hello visit" first, then a gentle cleaning a week later. It works.
New patients are guaranteed a slot within 48 hours, and emergencies are seen the same day if you call before 3 PM. We also hold Saturday hours (9 AM–2 PM) for people who can't escape the workweek.
Never. Every treatment plan comes with a written, to-the-dollar estimate you approve before we begin. If insurance pays differently than estimated, we absorb differences under $50 — that's studio policy since 2014.
